使用飛行功能會崩潰

第一次的渲染，使用D5的功能都是正常
存檔重新開啟再做修改，飛行功能就會無法使用
D5會連同sketch up一同崩潰

有重新安裝D5程式，但同樣的狀況還是會發生，就需要刪掉原D5檔案重新設定

請問可以從哪裡檢查，是否為程式的問題或電腦配備不足??

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Does this problem persist in other project files, or is it file-specific? What SketchUp version are you using? Issues that are evident even with other files are most likely hardware issues, but it still depends on the case. Can you also send the following information? Please refer to these images.

Note: Please run the D5 and SketchUp files while opening the task manager.

Additionally, I suggest reinstalling your drivers cleanly to keep them up-to-date and avoid future issues and complications in D5 Render.

• Update the driver through NV’s official software GeForce Experience, or download and install the driver by manually selecting the appropriate graphics card from NVIDIA’s official website

昨天的狀況是幾乎每個檔案都崩潰
已有重新卸載D5並重新安裝
使用上有穩定些
這幾天會再測試

還有個問題，需要重新修改的檔案
打開後會多一個重複的模型
新的會與Sketch up連動(需要重新上材質)
舊的就無法連動修改(材質都在)

Hi, thank you for updating us on how you were able to fix the issue. Your statistics seem to be fine except for the temperature, which is somehow relatively high, but I think that can be controlled through other external factors .

• Anyway, regarding the new issue you are encountering, you might want to check if you have renamed or relocated the SketchUp file before syncing. Any relocation or renaming of files that were synced would result in such an error; you can rename it again to the old file name or put it back in the previous file directory.

• You might also want to check your file’s version history
