Hi, I agree it’s about the video with a.drexler. The site, it seems to me, is a residential area or offices of large companies, with glass skyscrapers surrounding it. Yours is also made of steel and glass, so it will produce a greenhouse effect inside, electricity systems and forced ventilation, running 24 hours a day to live or work in. It’s not a criticism, don’t take it the wrong way, but it’s something I’ve already seen. Then it blends in with the rest of the panorama, if it didn’t have the wider base of the building and the height. In the zoning graphic work we can see that a particular study has been carried out in the area, to make the organizational aspects of the building and also the urban aspects work. I would also like, if possible, to diversify from the other buildings around, to an organic architecture, to give space to new technologies, especially green ones, which differ both in terms of the environment and energy, that is, an ecosystem. I really liked the base of the 7-storey building compared to anything else, I don’t see any affinity with the rest of the skyscraper, I would have continued along that line of architecture. But it’s just my humble opinion.
