i really like the model it self. landscape is far more realistic. specially water waves towards walking path edge is awesome, i think AI did the magic. please confirm do m i right in this.
now lets talk about overall.
i think lighting inside building is over powered. first thought came to mind is this structure should belong to smart city not in open forest land. both building and landscape combination going off to each other.
btw if we separate both, they are stunning in own detail.

I understand your point on the smart city, there are lots of render out there with an urban city background, I just wanted to be different
Plus my graphics card isn’t high enough to overdo the environment so I would rather do less and achieve more with realism.
If you don’t want your GPU traveling to planet Mars it’s advisable to do less
