Does anyone know how to solve the issue where the Sync add-on for Archicad can only be installed with Archicad 28 and 29, but not with older versions such as Archicad 26?
We managed to fix this in the past by having the D5 support team connect remotely and modify an .apx file somewhere (I didn’t fully follow the process at the time). However, they are not comfortable sharing the exact steps, and we need to apply the same fix on multiple computers.
Has anyone here encountered this problem and found a workaround or solution?
I don’t have any issue with resolving it remotely on each computer individually; it just takes a lot of time (around 20 computers hah)…
