**Description of the work:*Renovation and expansion of a sushi restaurant located in Bolzano, South Tyrol, Italy.
Part of the renovation includes the creation of a new entrance with bar counter to serve cocktails and wines, while the new room offers different seating configurations and direct connection to the open kitchen, with direct access to the restaurant’s existing dining room and bathrooms.
The interior style partially echoes that used in the previous development while the entire new area was developed using a few characteristic and typical materials and natural finishes, such as metal, stone, and clay.
Great importance was given to the lighting design concept in such a way as to accompany the architectural idea with functionality and a soft and suffused atmosphere.*
