yea i got same issue, just update my sketchup 2026, then when i do migrate my 2025 extention to 2026, d5 live sync doesn’t appear…

Hi - I installed the most recent version but now I get the following message when sketchup opens: Load Error (126: The specified module could not be found. SUEX_C.so) That SUEX file is present in the correct folder. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Could you please send us a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing in SketchUp? That will help us diagnose the issue more accurately.

Also, did this same error occur when you were using the previous version, or did it only start appearing after installing the most recent update? Thanks!

Hi, I tried installing LiveSync for SketchUp 2026 directly from D5 Workflow Sync section but the latest version shown here is SketchUp 2025, although it says on the description the it supports SU2026. It’s not showing here though. Screenshots attached below.

What could possibly be the problem and where can I install LiveSynce for SketchUp2026?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. This LiveSync version itself should support SketchUp 2026. To help us pinpoint the issue, could you confirm the following:

  1. Which D5 Render version and Launcher version are you running?
  2. After installing the plugin, did you restart SketchUp 2026?

If the issue persists, please try a clean reinstallation and download Livesync from our official website. D5 for SketchUp Real-time Rendering Workflow
