Set Autoexposure Range to be More Realistic

In D5, I typically turn off autoexposure but I thought it would be nice if we could set the autoexposure range so the scenes won’t be washed out and they would be closer to what you would see in real life ? I know programs like enscape and unreal engine do a go job at autoexposing to a normal value when crossing from exterior to interior spaces. It just would be helpful whenever we are doing live walkthroughs with clients and videos . Most scenes now , even when starting new files , are way over exposed when the autoexposure is turned on . I think it needs to either be adjusted to be more realistic or allow us to provide a range for how much the exposure adjusts .

I agree with this. I only do exterior renders and auto exposure is redundant as it is always extremely bright, surely AI can play a role in making this feature more useable.
