when will you be able to do this? what are the approximate dates?
Hi, sorry for keeping you waiting, but the support for other languages need a lot of time, and we will prioritize the one with more users. Maybe when this request gets enough votes, or there appears a large user group in Russia will help Russian language support go up on the list. Please understand that.

You can just start a crowdin page for the project and let users translate it themselves. Win-win.
