Rozhyar Residential
Rozhyar means sun (in Kurdish)
This project will be implemented on a land with an area of 1297 square meters, in the northwest of Tehran, near Chitgar Lake.

One of the most important features of this building is the use of parametric glass facades & windows in both the main south and north facades.
The sunshade will be executed on the courtyard the form of a ā€œĀ«KarbandiĀ»ā€ which is one of the beautiful components of the original Iranian architecture.

This project was done in Revit 2022 .
For rendering, I used D5 Render 2.1 and for color correction and mixing, Davici Resolve 17.

I spent a lot of time working and comparing different types of rendering software, considering the quality, power and ease of operation, it should be said: D5 is unique ā€¦ it is no longer difficult to attract the attention of employers ā€¦ even for Iranian architects, who with VPN They also can not enter the D5 site, buying this software, updating and using the excellent objects of this program remains a dream for us ā€¦ With all these problems, many Iranian architects have become interested in D5 day by day.
