Rhino Live Sync Not Working – Request for Remote Support

Hello, Rhino Live Sync is not working for me.
I am unable to connect or run the live sync function in Rhino, even after trying multiple times.

How can I resolve this issue?
I would like to request remote support if possible.

Before anything else, please do this:

  • Please try to open Render 3.0.1 before using the Rhino plugin to synchronize to see if it works. (Open D5 and Rhino together, then activate the livesync)

If the issue still persists:

  1. After installing Render, the content will be written under the corresponding path of the registry
  • Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\D5 Render\DisplayIcon
  1. Find the config.ini according to the directory pointed to in【Step 1】

  2. Open this config.ini to view the render-version

  3. Edit the .ini file. If it shows older than 3.0.1 the user should edit it to 3.0.1 if they are using 3.0.1

This is a known issue, which is targeted to be fixed in the next release of the plug-in

I checked and confirmed that the version is 3.0.1 or later. Why is it still not working?
