Revit Live Sync Can´t update Models

Hello everyone,

My team is currently experiencing issues syncing models from Revit. We have models in D5 that were previously synchronized without any problems. However, when we try to sync again to update the model, Revit crashes.

Additionally, we are unable to export the model on its own. We have tested this with different models and on different computers, and the same issue occurs in all cases.

We are working with this versions:
D5 3.0.1
D5 Sync 0.4.8.0005

To help us investigate, please confirm the following:

  • Your Revit version
  • Does Revit crash immediately when clicking Sync, or during export?
  • Is there any error message before it closes?
  • Does the issue also happen with a simple new test file?
  • Are you using central/workshared models or local files?
