Render Iteration

In 3D’s Max there is a function called TurboSmooth which I think almost everyone knows. There is an option where we can choose to iteration only for render in this case the polygon count will be reduced in viewport but in render it will smooth the model, this function works very well with V-ray I hope it will be possible also with D5 render.

As an example
I have a scene that I am working on. In the viewport the polygon count is 4 million, but in during rendering time it shows the polygon count increases to 100 million with this function I improve my workflow speed, Render time and using less Polygon in Viewport.
