This mode could offer deeper control over render quality, lighting behavior, material complexity, render passes, and camera realism, allowing artists to achieve top-tier results directly inside D5 without relying heavily on external tools. The goal would not be to change D5’s simplicity, but to extend its capabilities for users who seek maximum visual fidelity. With its current foundation, D5 has strong potential to compete with engines like Corona in final image quality. Providing advanced controls for experienced users could position D5 as both the fastest and one of the most powerful visualization tools available.
