The quality of the virtual tour is the worst I have ever seen.
@maestre.alejandro Okay. Tried the Virtual Tour yet?
Weβre still fine tuning the quality of virtual tours, and would love to hear if you spot anything that could be better.
Some of us users have been waiting for years to be able to render stereoscopic 360-degree panoramas. Now youβre presenting us with virtual tours of unacceptable quality. Our clients demand the highest quality. The virtual tour you released doesnβt include path tracing in the render. The glass material is missing, and when viewed through VR headsets, there are artifacts and cutout images. Someone should resign or be fired. My Pro account expires tomorrow β Iβm sorry, but after 3 years on an annual plan, Iβve run out of patience
Suggestions for the Virtual Tour.
- Customization of labels. It would be nice to be able to choose the shape and size (even upload your own labels of different shapes).
- Change the proportions of the window with the map. To display the plan as beautifully as possible.
- If the building has many floors, the user interface is not entirely clear on how to switch between different floors (or sections). Add something like links in the map window or next to the names of different maps.
- 3D mode is quite interesting, but terribly detailed. Is it possible to add additional passages for training on general views of rooms to display 3D mode in such detail as an XR tour?
- It would be very useful to add text blocks that can be placed on panoramas. I see that the panorama reacts to all objects (when you hover the mouse over furniture, the marker takes the direction of the surface, and therefore, you can add inscriptions or any graphics there). This would be incredibly convenient for presentations. And add not only text blocks, but also links with the ability to click on them.
- Add glare effects from light sources (this feature is available on many resources for publishing panoramas). This will add realism and improve the user experience.
- Add the ability to insert photos/videos/GIFs into the panorama. This is necessary, for example, for adding videos to TV/computer screens. This will improve realism and enhance the user experience.
- And something like a lighting mixer (this is quite difficult, but it would be great in the future) so that individual light sources can be turned on and off (not like in the 3D engine on Anreal, but by simply replacing panoramas with different lighting groups turned on and off). I just set up 3 groups of panoramas with different lighting groups turned on and off, and everything came together automatically.
