Old version of the add-on

I wanted to install an add-on for archicada 21 PL. Unfortunately, I get a plug-in version error.

Hi there,

It’s a known issue and only occurs on AC 21 version. I wonder if it’s convenient for you to allow us do the remote operation, to check the environment of your PC and try to figure it out? If so, please dm me via message here.

thank you. Unfortunately, I cannot allow remote operation on this computer. Is there any other solution to run D5 renderer on my ArchiCAD?
