Merge your D5 account and Forum account

Hi all. Now, the D5 account and the D5 Forum account are merged!:tada:
You can log in to D5 Render and D5 Forum with the same email and password.

For different scenarios you may meet:

  • Scenario 1:
    If your D5 account and Forum account have the same email address and password, then you can log in to the forum directly.

  • Scenario 2:
    If your D5 account and Forum account have the same email address, but different passwords, then please log in using the password of D5 account. Your previous assets and activities on the forum will be retained.

  • Scenario 3:
    If your D5 account and Forum account have different email addresses, please apply for account merging following the steps below:

Solution for Scenario 3

If your D5 account and previous Forum account use different email addresses, please send a private message to our administrator: @D5bot, in order to merge your accounts (including posts, badges, topics, etc).

Step 1: Confirm the following information before submitting an application

  • You can log in to D5 Forum successfully, using the email and password of your D5 account.

Step 2: Submit an application

  1. Click here: @D5bot and the “Message” button on the user card.

Step 3: Finish the merging account process
