Loading an existing D5 project from Skecthup impossible

From SketchUp, when you launch the project in D5 Render and the D5 project already exists, D5 render remains blocked at launch.

The only way to resolve the situation is to use the task manager to stop the application.

This does not happen when:

  • D5 render is already open
  • the internet connection is cut
  • when internet access is no longer on the ISP Free fiber internet network
