I might be wrong somewhere with this, but im struggling to get the D5 Livesync to work with SketchUp 2021. I installed the D5 update yesterday, but now I am unable to access Livesync. It might be a typo on the website, but as far as I am aware, everywhere says that this Livesync should still be compatible withthe 2020 version of SketchUp.
Ive also attached the images of all the pop-ups I have when I try to open sketchup and I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Livesync.
No i have Windows 11, version 25H2. I managed to get the Livesync working again by uninstalling all D5 Software restarted my machine, and only reinstalled this morning when i got into work.
This might not be directly related (although i too have Sketchup Pro 2021 and Windows 11, but had no issues with installing the Live Sync plugin), but i do have an issue with the workflow with the D5 3.0 update. When using Live Sync in 2.11. if i hide a folder in Sketchup, D5 would hide all layers inside that folder. This was a most welcome improvement over previous versions. In 3.0, this feature has sadly been reverted to the old logic where all layers must be individually turned off in order not to be visible.
