Is it possible to add ai post to video?

I am working on a project for a client. An animation with a car. The car itself is good, but I want to enhance the scene with AI. Now, for images it is not a problem, but i want to rotate 360 around the car. The car itself should be the same, only the background, like vegetation and sky could be better. Is this possible with a png sequence?

I havent bought pro yet, so I cannot see if this is possible with the pro version.

Anyone knows this?
