How to import existing D5 Project files to new Windows HDD

Hi, today i add new SSD for my windows 10 OS and i installed D5 render 1.6.1… already i have D5 files on my existing HDD (with C:\Users\Render PC\AppData\Roaming\D5 Render)

Now in my new D5 recent projects are empty. so how can i re-import that existing files to my new SDD OS?
