How long to get approved for education account?

Hello, signed up for education account many days ago. Was wondering how long it usually takes to get approved? Should I apply again? I think I’ve applied twice so far. How do you send confirmation of the approval by email? Thxxx

My apologies, I just logged in and realized I was approved three days ago. I thought maybe an approval email would be sent. However quick question. I don’t see any way of downloading the educational version. The only options I have are the free community version or upgrading to pro when I’m logged into my account. I was wondering how to download the educational version I just don’t see it anywhere. Thank you for your help!

Hi there,

D5 Render has only one version, the difference is account status, which allows you to unlock different features. Just log in your EDU account in D5 Render, and video feature is available for you now.
