Highlights appear on the surface. Video

Greetings! When rendering video (no matter with what resolution and number of frames), white highlights appear on the surface of the window frame material. The model is taken from Archicad 25 via synchronization. Weather and effects settings have no effect on these highlights. The window frame material settings are default: Custom material, normal - 0.1, specular - 0.3, roughness - 0.4, metallic - 0, AO - 0.

Hi,
Is this a problem in both preview and output?
Hi, the following are known to cause this issue:

  1. There are models in the scene that are far away from the coordinate origin. Please try to unlock the subject model in the object list, select the model and zero the coordinates in the right sidebar;
  2. The model size is too large, please try to reduce the model size;
  3. They are single-sided glass in your modelling software.

Hi, This problem is only with output. There are no such glares in the preview.

  1. All models are located within 150 meters from the origin. It is impossible to reset the coordinates because the building was imported from Archicad by synchronization.
  2. The model itself has a size of 300x300 meters and is centered at the origin.
  3. Glass - double-sided. More precisely, these are boxes with 6 sides.

If it’s convenient, can you send the scene file (The entire folder where the .drs file is located) to us? We can check it in our environment.

Hi, sent via Google Drive and via Wetransfer. Highlights appear on the surface. Video.rar - Google Drive WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free
