A few months ago I came here to complain about the excessive delay of the software and now again, remembering that I followed the instructions and installed the NVidea drivers version 566 and it returned to normal, but out of nowhere it started taking ages to render a simple scene of 1000 pixels, I have an RTX3050 and it rendered scenes like that in 20 seconds and now it is taking more than 1 minute. So with that I reinstalled D5 by removing the d5_immerse and d5_config folders and it did not solve the problem. Soon after I updated my driver and it got even worse. I would like urgent help, because it is again harming my work.
I apologize for the inconvenience. May I know your NVIDIA Driver Version right now? If it is 576.02, please revert to 572.47 since the newer version is causing some problems and NVIDIA has yet to officially address this.
- 576.15 is also a viable option since there were users who have testified that this fixed their performance issues. Nvidia driver hotfix 576.15 - Get Help / How to - D5 RENDER FORUM
Hello!! As I informed, I am using version 566, which you guided me to.
I apologize, I wasn’t able to notice that you mentioned that you are still using version 566. Can you please try to check if D5 Render is utilizing your integrated GPU? I remember the previous case you have reported, which, looking back, seemed like D5 utilizing your iGPU instead of the dedicated GPU (RTX)
- You may change this particular setting in the NVIDIA Control Panel and set D5 to High Performance.
- Simply disable the Integrated GPU in Control Panel
- Set Nitrosense to Max (Performance or Turbo Mode)
