D5 LiveSync isn't working for me in SketchUp

When I try to open SketchUp, I get an error message saying there’s a problem with the extension. I’ve already tried two different versions of SketchUp, and I’m still getting the same error. I’ve also reinstalled D5 LiveSync and D5 in general, but the problem persists. I’ve attached screenshots of both SketchUp versions and their respective issues.

Just to clarify, I’m not sure which D5 Render Version you’re currently using since you’ve first mentioned 3.0.1 then 2.6.

• Please confirm if using 3.0.1 with the latest plug-in if the issue still persists.

Additionally, please also confirm the following:

• Does this occur to a specific file? Or to all of your SKP files?
• If it’s only to a specific file, please send us your SKP and D5 File
