D5 HI system unknown error

  1. I couldn’t use d5 Hi, it keeps saying system unknown error. I changed the browser and cleared cashe but still not working. Location: The US, 2:24pm PST.
  2. My d5 curated presets does not reflect on my model. No matter what i click, model doesnt respond to that.

D5 Hi may sometimes be unstable due to the influx of users. Another option you can try is to change the network connection or perhaps use Mobile Data. Let me know if this helps resolve the issue.
