d5 converter toolbar not showing in 3ds max, can you please help !

Hello, I can’t see the D5 Render toolbar in the 3ds Max interface. I have 3ds Max 2023 installed, and I believe everything is installed correctly. The installations were done as an administrator. I’ve tried several times but still can’t find the D5 toolbar.

Hello! Firstly, check that you have successfully installed the plugin.

If you can find D5 in this menu, but the plugin toolbar is not shown, try the following steps.

Select the “Floating Toolbars” to check if the D5 toolbar shows.
