Hi everyone, first of all D5 has been a godsend, my productivity has skyrocketted thanks to you guys. Rendering plays a major role in my firm when it comes to pitching designs to the board and more often than not, I have to make a ton of changes to a design until we reach approval stage.
That being said one of the things a battle most with the software is creating a good tile material that doesnt seem repetitive. At the moment I invest some time customizing the tiled material in photoshop but when having to meet deadlines this option is out of the question.
So I would like to request a custom tile material that would allow changes in texture rotation, gap width, color variance, tile size, and multiple textures within the tiles. Something similar to what the maxtiles plug-in did for 3ds max some time ago.
I attached an image where the requested material could have improved the final rendering.
