Custom decals

hi there,

it would be super if we there was an easy implementation to add custom decals…
currently there are not enough in variety … drainage facilities for example…
or the various types of scratches wear and tear that we need to add to make a scnee believeable!

you can add your own decals.

take a decals form libary and change the image by importing that
