Copy scene parameter only for Effects

It would be great to have copy scene parameter only for Effects tab without touching individual scene Sun position and Sky parameters.

Generally every Video View should have option to :

  1. Update All parameters - like we currently have but also
  2. Update only Camera
  3. Update only Effects
  4. Update only Environment
