Converter problem with 3ds max 2020 and 2021

Hi,
I can’t export anything from 3ds max to D5 render. Actually, there is no problem exporting a file .d5a . When I importing a file to D5 render, there is a white screen - empty space.
In D5 render in list imported model, I can see the name of the file with yellow triangle.
I have tried with the simple scene but it doesn’t work.

Ok,
after trying to install the update, there is a new problem.
