Hello, how does Lumion import EliteCAD files? It can open .dxf or .dwg format, right?
Lumion imports Sketchup files.
Unfortunately D5 imports the ones from EliteCAD
generated Sketchup files not so well, there are always missing surfaces.
The 3D data in EliteCAD, I must before the
export into a sketchup file for D5, I must make to a special part.
Which is a bit cumbersome.
Of course, it would be best that there is a
proper interface between EliteCAD and D5
would exist.
As a Christmas gift it would be nice!

can you tell me details how you edit the file in EliteCAD (make a special part) then the file can be opened in D5 correctly?

As I recently learned,
the delivery of the new version 16
of EliteCAD is imminent.
It should come in the next few days.
In this new version there should also be new
Export possibilities give.
Possibly the data exchange works then
also with D5 better.
So that my problems dissolve into thin air.
I’ll wait and see.
