There should be more options for conceptual rendering. Sometimes when you’re first presenting to a team for the first time and you have photorealistic renderings, it can seem like a finished product instead of a proposed concept. It can be as simple as a filter you can turn on such as a “Watercolor” filter. Lumion has something similar to this.
@tmoore made a good point in a forum that said “You should consider adding more features which help produce more stylized conceptual renderings within D5. After-all if you have to post process after rendering in D5 it literally defeats the whole purpose of D5 having post-processing capabilities built into it. It is a much quicker workflow to just post process a simple Sketchup Screenshot, thus eliminating the need for D5 in the first place.”
