Changing D5 Render from Metric to Inches?

Is there a way to set D5 Render to measure in inches versus the metric system?

As of the moment there is no option to change from Metric System to Imperial System.

Metric is the only option and feet and inches would be helpful for users who do not use meters and millimeters.
