Can´t select object inside another object

How can i apply material into the cookies inside the glass?

Hello jersahinm
You can zoom until the Clip plane of the camera cuts the glass and you can select the cookies, to make it easier you can enlarge the angle of the clip plane in the camera menu, I hope it helps you
