Hi! I posted this on Discord too. My case is that today I ugraded Blender to 4.5.3 and now Sync addon just frozes Blender and I have to close it, this is happening only with NEW projects that don’t already have the d5 file created. Existing and ongoing works are fine.
EDIT: I think I workaround this problem. So because the problem was that Sync Addon was unable to launch the popup menu to create a new file or sync with existintg file, I just opened manually a new D5 file and the sync Blender and it worked fine. But then again, this is just a manual workaround to being able to launch a new file with Blender 4.5.3.
EDIT2: I saved and closed both files. Then I launched Blender one and tried to sync now that the d5 file its already created and synced, Blender not responding again, I have to open both files first and then sync them.
Is this issue file-specific? Or does this occur with any blender files that you have, even new ones?
When encountering crashes in Blender, we highly suggest checking the Blender Console just to check if there are any error messages. You may send us a screenshot of this, too.
After minimizing D5 and triggering the replacement window, canceling it, and then triggering the replacement again, Does both D5 and Blender become unresponsive, causing the machine to freeze?

Computer is not frozing, only Blender, this is what console looks like when trying to sync without the d5 file already opened. And now if a open the file it takes like more than a minute for each sync to succesfully happen, withour errors on the console. For now it seems like its new files specific like this project, when I open previous ones and sync it works fine like always.
Sure! Its the same having it minimized or not. For now I think I can work like this, when I get to start a new project I’ll see if this keeps happening, if it does, I’ll downgrade Blender instead of D5, I love 2.11 haha
Already on a new model. I’m pleased to tell that I kept launcher up on the other screen, Synced without having a d5 file generated and everything worked fine, popup window appeared and asked me if wanna sync or new file. Nice. It seems like there were something wrong with the other file.
