Would be super useful to have some sort of atmospheric haze control/function. Not talking about fog, which looks good at eye level but I have yet to discern how to control it the way I am about to describe…
Some sort of tool that controls the level of contrast/hue/saturation in a gradient plane, set initially perpendicular to the camera vector. Could work on several sliders; xyz axis distance, xyz axis rotation (think of it like a lens tilt plane for depth of field control), a transition gradient slider, and a color picker.
Can do most of these steps by exporting the channels and using them as masks in Photoshop or otherwise, but would cool if you could do it natively.
