Archicad 27 not appearing in Live Sync installation menu

**Issue Description: Hi, I am using Archicad 27. I downloaded and ran the latest version of the Archicad Live Sync but during installation. However, during installation, the option to select Archicad 27 is not there in the menu. Are you able to assist urgently? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you clarify a few details:

  1. Did you install Archicad 27 in the default directory?
  2. Have you opened and actively used Archicad 27 at least once before running the LiveSync installer?
  3. Are you running the latest LiveSync installer as Administrator?
  4. Do you have multiple Archicad versions installed on the same PC? If so, which ones?
  5. Could you provide a screenshot of the installer window where Archicad versions are listed?
