Great job! The only thing I would change is the chrome material in the bathroom - it is too reflective (recent versions of d5 have some problems with reflections what you probably noticed 
)
Could you share with us the ground material? Some time ago I was looking for something similar. I was experiencing with cgaxis displacement maps and I could not achieve good results. Nevertheless, it would be great if D5 team could introduce real geometry displacement.
