d5 render suddenly stopped being able to ai post produce and gets stuck at waiting forever… I checked and update my time and restarted by pc… help

Just to clarify, you’ve already synced your local and server time, and the issue still occurs, right?
- Does this issue only occur with AI Style Transfer? How about other AI Tools, such as Text to 3d, AI Enhancer, AI Inpainting, etc. are you able to use them normally?
- Are there any error prompts? Or does it just load indefinitely?
- Have you tried connecting to another internet? Perhaps using Mobile Data?
- You may also try to use a VPN and see if it works.
Additionally, are you in a Company set-up? If so, it might be best to whitelist our IPs with the help of your IT Department. (I can share them to you privately, please DM me)
I tried all ai tools and it did not stop the “waiting”. although i noticed this started at 23:00 and stopped now the next day. Might be a weird glitch between timezones and days or something. works all good now

check now i think it s something to do with timezones or smth of sorts… it fails at 23;00 italy time so maybe you re also in a weird timezone
Same issue here, as always - just when I had to deliver in an hour!
I missed the deadline and lost the job.
Not sure why all this complexity is involved in D5 these days.
By the way, I am using a VPN and tried it with no VPN as well.
I am reinstalling Windows and D5 to see what happens.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried synchronizing time, turning off and off my computer, and changing the Internet, but I keep getting errors when I don’t move over from waiting. I’ve been doing that many times.

We confirmed an AI Problem last Friday and Saturday, but it was fixed immediately. So far, there were no D5 Wide AI Error detections happening last June 08, 2025
It’s working on my end with no issues. Please try to use it again now.
- AI Enhancer
- AI Style Transfer
If it’s still not working on your end, then please try to:
- Sync Local and Server Time
- Use another Network or Reset your Internet
- Use VPN
If you have tried the aforementioned steps, then please let me know:
- Region
- Time and Date of Operation
Note: Please share this to me privately and this step should only be done after trying the aforementioned solution.
Thx for the info! It is working now for me. I did not change any settings btw, just came back by itself.
