Hi D5 Team,
I would love to see an AI-powered post-processing feature specifically focused on interior visualization.
Current AI enhancement tools often improve lighting, atmosphere, and overall image quality, but they tend to struggle with realistic material representation. A dedicated interior-focused AI could intelligently enhance fabrics, carpets, rugs, curtains, upholstery, wood grains, natural stone, and other fine material details while preserving the original design intent.
For many interior designers and architects, material realism is one of the last barriers to achieving true photographic quality. Textures such as woven fabrics, thick carpets, wool rugs, and subtle surface imperfections are extremely difficult to render convincingly, even with high-quality assets.
An AI post-processing system trained specifically on interior imagery could significantly boost realism by:
- Enhancing fabric and textile detail
- Improving carpet and rug depth
- Refining wood, stone, and leather textures
- Preserving furniture proportions and design accuracy
- Increasing overall photographic realism without altering the design
I believe this feature could become one of the most impactful additions to D5 and further strengthen its position as a leading visualization tool for interior designers.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.
