4k adaptation

hi. i just got the email from you about v1.8 release where is written about 4k monitor adaptation.
can i know exactly what adaptation is here?

as i can see here the interface is scalling jaggy. my display scale is 200 % and if i will override the scaling to d5 i will get a standart little window with scaling at 100 %. so where is the adaptation itself?

the font is still pixelated. same as the entire interface and the viewport.
