I am experiencing frequent connection issues between 3ds Max and D5 Render. It seems that most changes only sync after I manually click the “Connect to D5” button.
Do you have any solutions or troubleshooting steps to ensure a stable, real-time connection?

what sync plugin you are using, live sync or standard plugin.
and your internet is wifi or wired connection? wifi is not recommended, reason frequent connection speed change affect communication of D5 render.
in live sync changes took place realtime and for other one you have to click resync to update.

Live only, but that’s not happening every time, i have to manually do for every changes
