Whenever going back to a project, i have been noticed my 3ds max export model disappears from the scene. Thought going back to the 3ds max file then live syncing may cause it to reappear but it makes the scene worse. Any solutions, this has been impacting my projects when my client needs changes.
Do you use any proxy models or instance replication? Proxy is not supported to sync to D5 now.
nope. Ensured that that model would be free of any of those.
Could you send us the 3d max file and the D5 file. We will check them for you. A shared link here is welcome. You can send your files to us by email (support@d5techs.com, please describe the problem and attach the link to this post)
any solution to this?
Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience I might need to reconfirm some informations.
-
The current D5 Version, D5 Livesync Version, and the 3ds Max Version that you are currently using.
-
Are these files stored locally (directly on the pc’s file directory) or on cloud (Google Drive, Onedrive, etc.) ?
Thank you so much~
