Hi mate, “opening screen” for what? you meant you opened D5 2.3 and it took a long time to have the update notification, or you have installed 2.4 and it opened very slowly?

I deleted all and install again, alfer all I restarted pc, all are fine now … working perfect !

Been using for a few ours 2.4 version.

For interior renders, theres way a lot difference with 2.3 version.

Getting better results in glass reflections, but its still hard to manage GI and lights since they dont work the same way. Previous HDR Sky values in interiors do not work with new version.

I suppose its a matter of getting used to it.

Hey D5 Team, I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you with the latest 2.4 update. Renders seem to be lightning fast versus from 2.3, and I cannot say enough on how great the quality of your work is.

Grandísimo trabajo. ¡Enhorabuena!
Sin embargo, no entiendo el quitar el modo de calidad media en la vista previa. Pues si trabajas con modelos muy pesado, la opción de alta resolución hace que la gráfica trabaje al 100% durante horas. Y la opción baja no tiene casi información para aplicar las texturas.
¡Todo lo demás, de maravilla!

when will we have option to export portrait videos for stories? when will we have high DPI support?

Hi, portrait video is already working in progress, and it will be released in 2.5 or 2.6 if the development work goes well.
Regarding the high DPI support, I need to consult our team. For now you can try some 3rd party website or software to adjust that for your images. Such as
DPI Converter — Change DPI of Image Online, Instantly

thanks. for DPI i meant D5 interface. on my 4k display it looks too pixelated, or too small.

Gostaria de saber se tem mais videos ensinando a usar a ferramenta mesmo, coisas basicas como, como mover um objeto, como linkar o sketchup novamente no D5 sem perder o que ja foi feito e etc…
