The Spring Festival holiday of 2022 starts from Jan 26th to Feb 6th, and since it is the most important festival for us here in China, there might be a bit of delay on customer/technical support.

*The topic should clearly describe the issue, and include the hardware information, video driver version(you can find them by clicking on the version number on D5 Render welcome page, please upload them with the issue screenshot as well.
If you meet archive problems, please recover the file from auto-saved file history.
