sure, a synchroniszation with C4D is nice, but a gimick for me.
As far as I am concerned (as a long C4D user) I always and only work with FBX for extern software. By the way, for Lumion aswell.
First, with a clean FBX export, including materials and animations, D5 techs can save a lot of time and money in development.
Second, you have with FBX an interface to all 3d applications on the market.
Where does it start and where does it end. What is with CAD?
It’s always better to focus on one thing, not two or several.
But this is in my opinion!
