In this case, I would like to remove the terrain within the d5a file. The option to hide, delete or modify the editable terrain will only give access to the background.

I’m afraid the area you’re referring to comes as part of the house model itself—it’s not part of the editable terrain, so it can’t be deleted like terrain elements.

However, you can still change its texture, or cover it using Terrain tools, a plane model, or import another ground object to achieve the ground effect you’re aiming for.

But thanks for bringing this up! We’ll definitely consider optimizing this in the next competition to make things more convenient for everyone.

Hi! First, please make sure to unzip the archive. Then, look for the .drs file inside and open it directly.

Just make sure D5 Render is installed on your PC before opening the file.

I want to participate in the render challenge, but i dont have social media accounts to post the result on, besides my website nrpa.nl. Is posting it on my website (under projects) sufficient as well?
