Software Sales Manager

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive sales and improve closing percentages, incorporating targeted sales tactics designed to engage and attract prospective customers.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Professionals; provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets sales targets .

  • Assist with individual and team goal-setting on an annual and monthly basis; ensure that team members are trending toward achieving or exceeding their goals .

  • Pioneer and experiment with diverse sales methodologies, and gather insights to formulate adaptable sales blueprints tailored to distinct industry segments.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ of sales experience.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to take initiative and a readiness to embrace new approaches for team advancement.

  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities; adept at establishing rapport and fostering relationships both in person and remotely, with individuals from diverse age groups, genders, ethnicities, religions, and cultural backgrounds.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, and the capacity to adapt and thrive within the dynamic context of a scaling business.

  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is an asset.

Customer Success Manager

About The Role

Joining our Customer Success team as an initial team member, you will spearhead efforts to deeply comprehend and advocate for our clientele. With expert insight into the requirements for client success using D5 Render, you will act as the voice of our customers. Your role involves delivering critical feedback to the Product team and the wider company, all while embodying a considerate, client-focused approach.


  • Become an expert in D5 Render and educate clients on the use and benefits of our products.

  • Cooperate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, faciliate customer needs & discover opportunities, and contribute to sales transactions.

  • Perform initial on-boarding of accounts with customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime.

  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.

  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management.

  • Major in design-related subjects such as architecture, urban planning, landscape gardening, interior design, etc.

  • Proficient in at least one DCC software (SketchUp/3dsmax/Maya/Blender, etc.) and rendering software (Vray/Lumion/Twinmotion/Enscape/D5, etc.)

  • Cheerful personality, sincere in dealing with people, with excellent communication and expression skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, able to think proactively and learn.

  • Experience of working or interning in a design firm is an asset.
